“My parents had just left after an afternoon visit and I was walking down the hall towards the living room. My husband and son weren’t home yet. As I was walking, I started to lose balance and fell to the floor. My On the Go button detected the fall and, before I knew it, I could hear the Lifeline operator speaking through the button I wear. It was such a relief to hear his voice coming from around my neck. I asked that he call my Sister in Law who lives close by. Since we signed up for Lifeline, the system has been used many times.
